These people are collecting paychecks, nothing more! We have repeatedly asked for help with my grandson who has asthma but the doctor tells my daughter "He looks healthy to me. Bring him in when he has another episode." What?!?! So we are supposed to predict his next asthma attack (day and time) and make an appointment? That is the most absurd thing anyone has ever said!!! I have been taking my 9 year old son here since he was a baby. The turnover we have experienced in the last year has been horrible. There is zero consistency. I hate to say it but the providers they’re hiring barely speak English and I need to understand my son’s healthcare. This isn’t a profession to hire someone that barely speaks English we have to be able to understand eachother to ensure our children are recieving the care that they need. The office staff is amazing! We were called right away, and the doctors explained everything clearly. Really great!
