We’ve been BEYOND happy with Pediatric Dental Associates. Every hygienist has been amazing with our boys and done a good job on their teeth. One of my sons needs extra dental work and is extremely nervous about it. Our hygienist, Katie, and Dr. Elise were so detailed and reassuring to both me and my son about procedures. Outstanding experience today! Malea and Jessenia worked with our 2 toddlers at the same time and were so kind and patient and gentle. We felt welcome and respected. The office is BEAUTIFUL, clean, and inviting. Our kids really liked the play area in the waiting room and the procedure chairs with ceiling mounted TVs and headphones. My 4 year old even willingly went on her own to go get her first dental x-rays! They put her (and us!) at ease that much. I was excited to see that they have innovative shot-free pain options for some types of cavities, which worked wonderfully for my kid. I was also floored by the kindness of Dr.Casey Jones, when I called to speak to the dentist one day to ask about my kid's sensitive teeth and ended up in the office with her 10 minutes later for an impromptu look in my kid's mouth. For free. Right before she was leaving to go home for the night. It was so unexpected and generous. Thank you Pediatric Dental Associates!
Such a wonderful experience from the first call through follow up from the appointment! The office is designed in such a fun way with a van to explore in the waiting room, friendly staff, wonderful technicians and a warm, knowledgeable doctor. For a kiddo who has been through a few dentist appointments and our first timer, they both had a great experience thanks to the team at Pediatric Dental. Thank you!
