My son was seen on April 20, 2026. Later, I received a text showing another appointment scheduled for July 16, 2026, even though I don't remember agreeing to that date or having anyone explain why he needed to return so soon. Then I received several back-to-back phone calls without a voicemail. I would have appreciated clear communication about why the appointment was being scheduled and a chance to discuss it first. Lina the hygienist did an amazing job cleaning my daughter’s teeth. She was incredibly friendly and sweet, and went the extra mile to make my daughter feel comfortable by putting on her favorite TV show to watch. Such a positive experience—we really appreciate her kindness and care!
Terrible they transferred my daughter to another facility and then insurance approved everything and they kept saying that it was only partially approved for payment and then put the insurance on a 3 way call and still they said ok we'll see her since the insurance company was insisting that everything was covered and fully approved and then right before she had her appointment they call me back saying the same thing about partially approved and needing 115 dollars upfront from a medicad patient who is a minor with a need to... read more
The experience here has been greattttttt! The staff are wonderful. Great customer service and great communication. Ke ke was awesome when it came to my kids. Her patience level was amazing. I would definitely recommend this dentist office to my family and friends.
The staff was very nice. Once we were in the room we were advised that the information given previously was not relevant to the case and advised against having it done I was glad that the team took the time to review her chart prior to working on her mouth.
