The staff was kind and patient with my child. My child was very scared and they took the time to explain what they were going to do while they cleaned her mouth. She felt more at ease! The dentist was sweet and educational. Thank you!
Everyone there was friendly, the doctor was amazing she joked with my child to make her feel Comfortable she even included me in everything she did to my child. Lulu was very amazing she went above and beyond for everyone that came in not just me. I have been coming here for over 2 years an the staff that’s there now is the BEST.
Allow me to share my experience. While the office’s aesthetic may not reflect a high-end, luxury practice, it is clean, functional, and welcoming enough for comfort. My first impression was shaped by a digital check-in with a receptionist via screen. While this modern approach may suit some, I personally prefer traditional face-to-face interaction. My experience at the front desk was completely unacceptable. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping. When I asked a question, she responded with attitude and acted as if I was a nuisance. What’s worse, she began speaking about me in Spanish to her coworkers, assuming I wouldn’t understand.
