Lina the hygienist did an amazing job cleaning my daughter’s teeth. She was incredibly friendly and sweet, and went the extra mile to make my daughter feel comfortable by putting on her favorite TV show to watch. Such a positive experience—we really appreciate her kindness and care!
We originally agreed to one time when I called in. Then I get text messages with a different time, called to confirm and it’s this mystery new time. We show up and I’m told the doctor called out and they claim to have called me. Complete waste of my Saturday, I’ll be seeking dental care elsewhere for my girls. Very unorganized place.
The staff was very nice. Once we were in the room we were advised that the information given previously was not relevant to the case and advised against having it done I was glad that the team took the time to review her chart prior to working on her mouth.
I took my child to the dentist and had a great experience. The visit was quick and efficient, and the staff was very friendly and professional. They made my child feel comfortable, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place to other parents.
Terrible they transferred my daughter to another facility and then insurance approved everything and they kept saying that it was only partially approved for payment and then put the insurance on a 3 way call and still they said ok we'll see her since the insurance company was insisting that everything was covered and fully approved and then right before she had her appointment they call me back saying the same thing about partially approved and needing 115 dollars upfront from a medicad patient who is a minor with a need to... read more
