My son went to the Southaven location and It was beyond what I expected. Everyone was so professional and friendly. Ashley cleaned my son's teeth and treated him so nice. Her sweet personality made me choose this place as my sons dental office from this day forward because she was so patient with him. All the staff went beyond my expectations.

My son's first trip to the dentist was a success! The staff was patient, caring and helpful. He is still talking about going to the dentist a week later. Way to go PDG!!!!

Gang W. and Hafez S, You are the same person, we know. We are so very sorry that our attempts to satisfy your experience were unsuccessful. Insurance companies can complicate matters when they advise they will pay for something and then don't. We were hoping that dropping all the charges would help the matter, but it evidently didn't. We regret this with all sincerity, as it is our primary Core Value 'to be a servant' to our dental families. We wish we could have served you and your children to your satisfaction.

Great experience with Pediatric Dental Group!!! My children were very nervous seeing Dr. Acosta, but he, the staff, and medical personnel made all well. From the time I walked in the front door to checking out, everyone made this trip painless. The hygienist explained step by step what they were doing, so my kids would not be scared. Dr. Acosta proceeded to explain to me and the kids the best practices for dental care without rushing me out the door!! Oh, and the tokens for toys was a HUGE bonus!!! Thanks PDG

I personally love this clinic! My family has been seeing Dr. Acosta for 23 years now and we have hardly had any concerns at all. If there has ever been an issue they have gladly partnered with us to solve it. We truly have had an awesome experience here!

We had a great check up at Pediatric Dental Group this summer. We've been going to Dr. Acosta for 7 years and would not go anywhere else. When I was little I never looked forward to going to the dentist! BUT my kids do! They love the tv's over the dentist chair and I love that they are in and out very quickly with minimal wait time for me as the parent. They can't wait to go the toy dispenser. Dr. Acosta is not only a great dentist but he also makes the kids feel comfortable and he jokes around with them and the parents.

Insulted my wife! My son had a couple of fillings in this place and received a $400 bill. My wife called to find out why it charged so much. A lady picked up the call and she was SO rude. She said they used white fillings which wasn't covered by my insurance. But why you didn't tell me in the up front? Then the lady told my wife how you are going to pay the bill. My wife said we are going to call the insurance first. The lady said again " well, you have to pay something today". I can't believe she said that. Oh my god. Are y... read more

This doctor is the worst doctor I have ever met. He wore his own shirt without white coat during the operation. He did not allow parents to stand by to support and calm their child during the operation. When children were afraid and crying, he did not calm them down. He was rude and argumentative to parents. The staff kept on directing parents to the waiting rooms and did not allow them to stay in the operation room with their children. Some front desk staff was rude and unhelpful too.
