Awesome service, great patience and we all entertained each other. All 3 of my girls love them and this was a first visit of many !
Today was my first visit to the dental office with my six-year-old daughter, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. They not only assisted us with great care and attention, but also went out of their way to make sure both my daughter and I were comfortable. Very disappointed with this office. We had been using Kids Dental Zone since 2016…my daughter had an 8:00 appointment. We have never been even 1 minute late. I went to the office and went in, only to be told they had moved. I drive straight to the new place, thanks to the lady at the old place giving me directions. Pulled in at 8:10, then told by this office that we missed the appointment and would need to reschedule. I had taken off work and will not be back. They said they told me they moved…. No they did not! 😡
They told us that we can’t go on the playground because of my children’s age. Like why would people do that? We deserve to allow our children to have a fun time
Terrible experience! How do work at a Dentist office, and don't want to do y'all job? The only reason I take my child, is because of the playground area. I'm thinking about canceling my next appointment seriously, and going somewhere else.
