Hannah Baron was amazing! She was compassionate, friendly, and had a kind energy that helped my daughter feel completely heard. Hannah was one of the first providers to empathize with my daughter and acknowledge her chronic pain. She spent plenty of time with our daughter and we didn’t feel rushed as she answered all my daughter’s questions as well as our questions. The office was quick to make our initial appointment. Doctor Gill-Sealy was amazing for my child’s double forearm fracture and now 6 months later we are in full recovery mode. The doctor was kind and gentle with my daughter’s arm and understanding of her fears.
We had a great experience with Pediatric Specialists of Virginia when my 5-year-old broke her thumb. Every staff member—from check-in to the doctor—was kind, gentle, and made her feel completely at ease. The nurses, X-ray techs, and cast specialist were all wonderful, and our follow-up visit was just as smooth and positive. Everyone was professional, patient, and clearly great at what they do. We truly appreciate the care we received and will continue to trust them with our child’s healthcare. Highly recommend!
Everyone was wonderful during our visit from the time we arrived until we left. The recovery nurse was especially awesome! There were minor complications following surgery and she stayed on top of it and made sure that the issue was resolved before we were discharged. Everyone was very kind and capable.
We had an appointment with the PA in ortho. The appointment was very rushed and I know it was very busy, but it was obvious she did not care what I had to say. When offered to show videos of my child’s walking concerns, I was dismissed. I was told to not make a follow up because everything was fine and there was no advice given to read or review at home.
