We had such a wonderful experience at a vulnerable time. From the easy check-in process to all the thoughtful and patient education and check-ins, I can't help but express my gratitude over and over to the wonderful surgical team and supporting staff. We were referred to Dr Pohl in urology for our 2yo. We had an overwhelmingly positive experience! We were able to get a next-day appointment, had a short wait time upon arrival, and the nurse and doctor seemed highly qualified and super kind. Would definitely recommend to others!
We were only here for a minor surgery but first time for my son to be put on general anesthesia so as a mom I was definitely worried but the staff were amazing and Dr. Pohl is amazing. Everyone here is very welcoming and they took very good care of my son. Just outstanding from initial appointment to the end. Great and strong work from everyone!
The office was quick to make our initial appointment. Doctor Gill-Sealy was amazing for my child’s double forearm fracture and now 6 months later we are in full recovery mode. The doctor was kind and gentle with my daughter’s arm and understanding of her fears.
I am surprised to see such negative reviews -- we have been to PSV for many specialists appointments across a few different specialties and have always had a great experience. Jenny Harris has been absolutely incredible as our son’s pulmonologist. She is exceptionally thorough, patient, and informative, and she takes the time to make sure we truly understand what’s going on and what to expect.
