after two terrible visits i can confidently say that this practice is a mess. my 3 week old had an orthopedic appointment on 10/29 at 9:45am scheduled through our pediatric. as instructed we arrived at 9:30, 15 minutes early. we were not seen until 11:15am! the practice is split with pediatrics and orthopedics. the jam packed waiting room is way too small to accommodate and with a 3wk old i did not feel comfortable in close quarters for so long around lots of small children- many who were sick. after almost 2 hours of waitin... read more

The doctor that we saw was outstanding, but we weren’t seen until 2 hours past our appointment time with absolutely no communication from the office about I if appointment running behind. We waited for 1:15 in the waiting room, and then another 45 minutes once we were back in the room. The doctor was the only one to acknowledge the wait once she came back. Doctor Gill-Sealy is a talented, kind doctor. Our initial appointment was a little over 2 hours long. My child had a double forearm fracture and in a lot of pain to begin with. Doctor did what she could in office while aware of her fear and pain but her break required surgery. She fully explained the action plan and surgery necessary to place temporary nails through the shafts of the bones so that the bones could heal correctly with lesser risk of rebreaking. Extremely rude receptionist. I attempted to call to make a payment and they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then were extremely rude. They refused to help me pay my bill. Makes absolutely no sense.

Nope. About as close to a factory as you can get for pushing people in and out. Was hopeful to get answers, we got none other than they care enough that if we don't want to come into the office they'll do a telehealth consult next time. I'm assuming telehealth probably shaves off a couple more minutes from having to deal with a person in the office. They don't do labs in office, so hey here's a sheet with a bunch of lab work and go find somewhere...literally, no help. Felt like we were an inconvienience for being there at th... read more
