This review is for the Inverness office. I have heard some complaints but I do not agree. First, I do not care if I have a wait to be seen. Things happen to throw them off their schedule too. To not be understanding of that is beyond ridiculous. The staff up front is amazing and always do a fantastic job as well. They ALL work so hard and go above and beyond to help their patients. I had my first initial appointment to get established as a new patient yesterday. My only complaint was the wait time. My appoint was at 3pm. I didn't get called back until 4pm. And didn't see dr until after 430 pm...hopefully future appointments go more smoothly. I appreciated the friendliness of all the staff and professionalism. I look forward to building relationships with all.Dr Martinez was amazing, took time to listen and explain lots of things , very friendly.

So here we are with all this sickness going around and they still got me in the same day I called! When they say they listen, they mean it! They genuinely want to help in any way they can and they continuously go above and beyond to help! I am so thankful for PedIm. Not only for myself but for my daughter as well.
