My family have been patients of PedIM since they came to the Lecanto area. They have a beautiful new location in Inverness that my most recent appointment took place. I was taken back within 15 mins of my appointment time. I saw Katrina Muench, and she entered the room less than 15 mins of the medical assistant leaving. She was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be seeing this provider at this location for future appointments.
I always have a wonderful experience both with staff and the provider I see - Jessica Hoag. Every thing is explained to me from my blood work to why she is prescribing a medication. Everybody there makes me feel better about taking care of myself. I walk out with a smile every time.
The entire staff was very friendly. They definitely seemed happy to be there. It felt really nice to be heard and talked to as a person and not just a number. Would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new doctor.
I have never in my life gone to a doctor and felt so heard or understood. I explained why I was there and what outcome I wanted and I was not disappointed. Did not wait in the waiting room for an hour, only 10 minutes in fact, or feel rushed during my appointment. Rescheduling was painless and I’m excited to continue my patient care journey here.
I had a small emergency and Katrina, my P.A., was able to see me an hour after I called. That was greatly appreciated. She quickly identified my issue, offered good advice, and called in a prescription should the issue rise again. My recovery was quick, the problem resolved.
