Pelican Point Rehab is absolutely amazing. Very clean and i have never experienced any bad smells. They have treated us with upmost respect. They take fantastic care of every patient in the facility. The nursing staff is very informative and caring the aides are so caring and concerned about their patients. I mean straight down to the meaIs and snacks they are on top of all of it. I just cant say enough great things about how our experience has been here.. Thank you Pelican Point you are truly appreciated.. Sincerely Tammy

This is a wonderful facility! The food was great, everything was clean, and the nursing staff were incredible. I highly recommend pelican pointe.

My father has been at Pelican Pointe for a month…he’s in the memory care unit…he’s acclimated so well…we were pleasantly surprised because he can be ornery…he’s been to events for veterans, he enjoys the live music…the nurses take the time to know the residents and always have updates for us…it’s been a tremendous relief knowing he’s well cared for…additionally, I’m there almost daily…the staff is friendly and accommodating…we are so happy that he’s being taken care of so well

I visited a close friend on March 7, 2026 while occupational therapy was assisting her with washing up. During my visit, the therapist made several comments about the snacks that were already in my friend’s room. When I brought her a sandwich and a donut, the therapist referred to the food as a “diabetes farm.” This comment felt unnecessary and inappropriate. My mother was in Pelican several times. The care that is given in this facility is incredible. The staff became like family to us. The daily activities would always make my Mom so happy. Donna at the front desk is amazing and nothing was ever too much for her. Her nurse Gigi along with every nurse and aide she ever had was so caring and attentive. PT and OT always brought her strength right back up. I would highly recommend Pelican Pointe to anybody.
