I visited a close friend on March 7, 2026 while occupational therapy was assisting her with washing up. During my visit, the therapist made several comments about the snacks that were already in my friend’s room. When I brought her a sandwich and a donut, the therapist referred to the food as a “diabetes farm.” This comment felt unnecessary and inappropriate. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and always has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The leadership team is highly involved and genuinely cares about both residents and staff. Nursing is attentive, professional, and compassionate, and you can see that the staff take pride in the care they provide.

My brother recently spent time at Pelican Pointe following a major back surgery. Everything from referral process to discharge went professionally and smoothly. The male therapist that worked with him was amazing, his knowledge, compassion and professionalism were top notch. I would recommend Pelican Pointe if you or your loved one is in need of subacute rehab.

My mother was in Pelican several times. The care that is given in this facility is incredible. The staff became like family to us. The daily activities would always make my Mom so happy. Donna at the front desk is amazing and nothing was ever too much for her. Her nurse Gigi along with every nurse and aide she ever had was so caring and attentive. PT and OT always brought her strength right back up. I would highly recommend Pelican Pointe to anybody.

Over the last year my mom has struggled with injuries and placed in rehab in three different facilities all within driving distance of North Cape May. Pelican Pointe Rehab has been the best experience, by far. The staff have been attentive and caring. They respond promptly to calls of help. Other family members have also commented about the helpfulness of the employees. Pelican Pointe food has been great. Mom has been there for a few weeks now. I’m so very grateful mom is being well taken care of.
