Pelican Point Rehab is absolutely amazing. Very clean and i have never experienced any bad smells. They have treated us with upmost respect. They take fantastic care of every patient in the facility. The nursing staff is very informative and caring the aides are so caring and concerned about their patients. I mean straight down to the meaIs and snacks they are on top of all of it. I just cant say enough great things about how our experience has been here.. Thank you Pelican Point you are truly appreciated.. Sincerely Tammy

I visited a close friend on March 7, 2026 while occupational therapy was assisting her with washing up. During my visit, the therapist made several comments about the snacks that were already in my friend’s room. When I brought her a sandwich and a donut, the therapist referred to the food as a “diabetes farm.” This comment felt unnecessary and inappropriate. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and always has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The leadership team is highly involved and genuinely cares about both residents and staff. Nursing is attentive, professional, and compassionate, and you can see that the staff take pride in the care they provide.

This is a wonderful facility! The food was great, everything was clean, and the nursing staff were incredible. I highly recommend pelican pointe.

My father has been at Pelican Pointe for a month…he’s in the memory care unit…he’s acclimated so well…we were pleasantly surprised because he can be ornery…he’s been to events for veterans, he enjoys the live music…the nurses take the time to know the residents and always have updates for us…it’s been a tremendous relief knowing he’s well cared for…additionally, I’m there almost daily…the staff is friendly and accommodating…we are so happy that he’s being taken care of so well
