Our 1st quality carpet remnants are known for miles around. You can get a top quality carpet for a fraction of the price with one of our carpet remnants. Sizes range from small scatter sizes up to about 12' x 30'. We do both residential and commercial Carpeting and Flooring.

Complaint: Company hired illegal aliens to install a floor in my office. The installation was not done properly and the floor is breaking down as a result of this improper installation.Desired Settlement: Would like the company to partially reimburse me for the work that was badly done and that I now have to redo. When it came time to re-rug our 3 bedrooms, stairs, and bath, we got quotes from Home Depot, Luna, Empire, and Pelletier. Pelletier came in at $1000 to $2000 less than all of the other quotes we received. When the rug we ordered was out of stock, preventing us from moving into our new house, they automatically upgraded the rug to the nicer, more expensive rug at no additional cost to us. Their carpet remnant room is FANTASTIC. We got a top quality wool remnant that was $1600 less than the normal price for that carpet. It was installed the same week, and our bedroom looks absolutely great. Just about $1000 for a top quality WOOL carpet including carpet, padding, and the installation. Best prices around. Seriously. The price of wool carpet here is what I would have paid elsewhere for synthetic.
We didn't like the color of the carpet once it was put in. Pelletier Rug changed it at no cost to us. They say they don't have many people take them up on that guarantee, but we are so happy they had it!
This has to be the nicest carpet store I've ever been to.
