Service or Repair Issues Oct. 16 I got a call from them saying that they wanted to buy my 2017 Dodge Ram from me. I was called by ***** at the dealership to come out and choose a trade in. I drove out there, found a truck I was interested in, asked them to bring it around and they never did. I wasted my time driving there and waited an hour. They have been doing hard inquiries on my credit so much so that I can't get another vehicle anywhere else.

We turned down an auction offered from a dealership where we are purchasing a new ****** 4Runner to take them up on their offer. We were told they would be sending a driver to pick up our vehicle at our house 2 hours away. When the drivers arrived they did not have payment for us. Sales and Advertising Issues My son entered this business to trade in my vehicle on a f150 truck. The vehicle is solely in my name and no consent was given for him to trade it in. The dealership had him sign all relevant documentation even though there was no transfer of ownership on file.
