I called and asked for a cost estimate on a project and was told they needed to be on site to survey the job. So i contacted my POC to scheduled a site meeting and these guys didn't bother to show up or call me. I called them to see where they were at was fed with some BS lies as to why they didn't show up. Now they said the estimate can be done without them being there and they would send it over within an hour. Well, a few hours went by and nothing from them. Didn't answer their phone or email.
Pinball is a Concrete company and is the best contractor I know for Concrete demolition. They bid on medium to large scale jobs. They are currently working on a large job site in Reno NV. I have delt with the employees who are currently working on the Reno job. Knowledge and customer service is the reason we like this company.
Every time I'm at Kendall, I leave with a smile.
