Thanks so much for checking in to see if anything can be done to remedy my concerns, though now, after five years, I think you can understand why I will leave my rating the same and find no cause to improve it. How lazy or intellectually dishonest does one have to be to assume someone wants to talk on the phone about what happened briefly five years ago? Come on.
