If I could give them less than one star I would. Horrible company. They gave me a proposal to do a job. I agreed with price and scope of the work. I signed an agreement'. Two men crew came to do the work, but they did not know what they were doing and took them longer than salesmen estimated. They sent different crew to fix the first crew’s mess. Update on my last negative review, the branch manager from Penhall Company contacted me and was more than willing to come out and try again to locate or give me a full refund. I feel much better about this company now and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.
Penhall is a company I would highly recommend to anyone looking for concrete cutting services. From start to finish they stayed true to their word. Just like all construction projects a few snags were found along the way and when challenged Penhall really stepped up the plate! Their professionalism from field worker to management was all top notch!
Friday June 9th, 2023 we had them scheduled for a concere coring project on a driveway at 8am. It is 10:43am and they have not arrived yet. Talked to Michael Bogle and from the coring guy needing a DOT Physical this morning to he is on the way at 8:22am this morning. We are not impressed with the service or lack of the people being onsite. Our project is 30 minutes from their office in Nashville. Will be using Tru-Line next time!
