The reason why I am giving 1 star is because Donald G., an employee for this company here hit my car with their company truck during work hours and CJ(manager) told the employee for us not to file a police report because he was going to take care of it first thing in the morning. He gave me a phone number to call CJ first thing in the morning and he said he will pay for my car damage. I gave CJ a call in the morning but it was very difficult to get a hold of him because I left a couple messages with the front desk but he nev... read more
Our company just used Penhall for a last minute project to core some concrete and cut a square in a floor for a sump pump. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From my initial call to the sales representative to dispatch, to the technicians that came out and performed the work. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, clean, and fast. Don't hesitate to contact Penhall in the future if you need concrete cutting services, I know I won't!!
