Hired them for a job , had two guys there waiting for 3 hrs they didn’t show. Was told some story about the guy was sick or was a no call no show then rescheduled , the guy doesn’t show again. No one knows why then they finally sent a dude to the site 3 hrs late . Very expensive for the lack of customer service. We will use someone from now on . Once they got onsite work was good

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!!!! My company and I had them scheduled to drill 3 holes through a concrete wall. We didn't receive a call, email, or even a text to let us know they weren't able to show up on the first day. This happened 2 other times after the first incident. This last time, we waited an entire day for them to show up while we were getting everything else set up. All we needed were those 3 holes drilled to complete a job. I had scheduled 3 cores to be performed on Memorial Day with Mark Bray. At no point did he tell me his crew does not work memorial day. I waited for 2 hours for the crew that never showed up. I called and left a message on Marks cell phone as well as at the office. They never called me back. I finally reached Mark on Friday where he informed me that he would not have scheduled the work in spite of an e-mail where he did.

Failed to extend me the courtesy of a reply to my Email request. I would rather they would have told me "not interested" . Typical Reno business attitude. Makes me question financial condition or reliability should I have hired them.

Concrete companys in RENO NV is Penhall Company. They do everything from demolition of concrete to cutting and new construction. National company that can handle the biggest job's. They do excellent work at affordable prices.
