Brad Roman came out and gave me an estimate on a bollard repair. I asked to schedule the repair and after 2 emails and a week later he responded saying he needed a credit card. I said great, call me when you can and I’ll give it to you. 2 weeks go by, sent him another email and he completely ignored me. Super unprofessional, super unresponsive, but moreover this company completely wasted my time leading me on thinking they were going to do the repair. Do not recommend at all. No regard for people’s time.
