Shayne was a 1/2 hr late for an appt. He said he could start in the morning and that he'ld give us an estimate that afternoon. Neither happened. His boss, Joe, didn't care to give us any better service, saying that it would be more than a week before they could show up. They lost us as a customer.
Best concrete company! We had a batting cage removal, with a very challenging removal where they had to carry 500 lb. concrete blocks up our very narrow, steep sidewalk with trees and bushes surrounding it. I thought those blocks would come loose from the excavator, and do some major damage, but the excavator operator was amazing, a pro!
