Dr. Jordan and her staff are outstanding! Khalid , her assistant was so gentle and reassured me that everything would be OK and it was. However, to witness Dr. Jordan and Khalida work together is almost like a symphony. They did not miss a single note, and made beautiful dentistry together !!.
As much as one can have a "good" root canal experience, I felt like I did have one. The doctor and the assistant did an excellent job of keeping the process as pain-free as possible, and they also kept me posted on every step they were taking. Their voices were very soothing. I appreciated the entire staff's courtesy and attention.
I needed a root canal quickly to relieve severe pain. Dr. Jordan saw me within 24 hours. She was quick, very professional, informative, communicated very well about what she was doing and did an OUTSTANDING root canal. Her assistant and office staff were incredibly professional. The office was very nice. THANK YOU!!!
Today I had a root canal at Peninsula Endodontics. It was my first. It is not my favorite thing to do. However, Dr. Jordan's office made it much much less stressful. The entire staff is outstanding. From the time you call to make an appointment until it is finished I could not ask for anything more. Jenny and Veronica at the front desk are very helpful and friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. Dr. Jordan and her staff were awesome, made me feel like they were there to actually help me and be sure I was comfortable, not just push me through like another procedure they had to do. the easiest root canal, I have had. thank You all so much. never thought I would write a review for a root canal, but compared to others I have had Dr. Jordan and her team did an amazing job , thank you all so much.
