If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought this warranty for $3000 when I purchased my car. When my alternator dies, I figured warranty would cover it like it states the cost to fix it was $1900 they only would cover $400. There's no shop that will accept $400 to fix the alternator. Then they requested another diagnostic but made me pay for it ($150) . What a joke. Don't purchase a warranty through these people, they make it impossible to get anything fixed, but no problem taking your money!!
