I bought a Porsche Panamera and bought their gold coverage on their plan. It’s supposed to cover the AC, including compressor and condenser. I submitted a claim, and they refuse to cover the condenser, It is clearly stated on my plan I’ve talked to customer service multiple times restore refused to do it. Honestly, I've been dealing with this company off and on for the past 3-4 years from another business perspective. I have yet to have a tasteful experience, or even one that wasn't memorable for negative reason. Push back, resistance, holding payment until 21 questions have been answered about the policy holder's grandmother's left shoe whereabouts. I work with warranty companies daily, and I've worked with some smelly ones. This one is by far the smelliest.
Run far from this warranty company! I bought a used Ford Transit van from a local dealership and Penn Warranty was recommended. They offered an unlimited mileage warranty and it costs $2,000. I had 3 different repairs that rendered the van undriveable until the repairs were done and I spent a total of $7,000 out of pocket, while Penn covered $1200 the whole time. This is one of the biggest scams ever! Stay away from this company, the will not cover anything!
