Everyone was so nice! The doctor took his time and was so kind and helpful. I recommend this place. If one of us is sick again, this where we will be going. The doctor even gave me his card to call to let him know how my son is doing in a few days. Now that is service!
The staff was very courteous and efficient. The physician who treated me, John, was very attentive. He explained to me why I was experiencing my symptoms and he outlined my course of treatment in a way that made sense.
I went here today due to a piercing toothache. All day I suffered with this be cause I couldnt leave my patients unattended . After forever finally I could get to the urgent care down the street. In a VERY timely manner I received professional,non-judmental care that was effective. The NP treated me with dignity and respect. She also called me in some antibiotics and urged me to seek further care. I cannot say enough about People First! Everything is amazing. From the providers to the staff, I could not have had a better experience. Everyone was so nice and professional. They were thorough and asked so many questions, which you do not get with a lot of doctors and especially not urgent care. But most importantly they listened to every concern I had. The office is so clean and modern. Seriously great jobs guys!
I can't remember her name, but the nurse with the bloodshot eye is an angel. To be honest, so is reception and so is the doctor and everyone here. So patient and accommodating. My kids are neurochallenged and they were so helpful. We had no meltdowns and fast treatment. Thanks, y'all!
