⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Yesterday I came in as a walk-in patient for my first visit at People First, and it was hands down the BEST doctor’s office experience I’ve had in years! The young lady at the front desk (she said her name was Taylor) was an absolute delight. She was effortlessly efficient, kind, extreamly personable and turned my bad day completely around. At the end of the day, the workers here are super nice and helpful. But I was charged for extra services that the doctor admitted himself wasn’t the problem. I had an ear infection, and he said he knew that wax wasn’t the problem. He cleaned out my ears anyway (barely getting any wax out) and charged me over $100 for the cleaning, plus the visit expenses. So again, super nice people but going to a specialist will save you time and money
Very poor experience here. 1. Website says they offer in house insurance. But when you get to any location they say they don’t offer it there. 2. They charge you $100 for sitting in the seat and nothing else, doctor there also quoted a different fee then the receptionist. I asked how much a flu test would be and was told $25 but then quoted $150 from the doctor. I don’t think he wanted to properly provide care because I was self paying and not going through insurance. My first experience here and it was good. The man at the front desk was very nice.! Everybody that handled me in the back was very sweet. I’m not good with names but the short lady with long blonde hair is a good listener. She didn’t rush the process or try to stop me while I was talking. I have now made them my primary care because I feel like they are going to take good care of me.!!
I was traveling from out of town with a youth group on a mission trip. I took a fall that required some medical attention. I chose this place strictly on the stars and reviews and I was not disappointed. All the staff was incredibly friendly and the check in process was very smooth. I don’t know the names of all the people I interacted with but each one did a great job.
