I recently visited People First and couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. He was not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly attentive and compassionate. I was feeling absolutely miserable and was treated very nicely. I was the first one there so they took me back pretty quickly. The lady who took my vitals and history was nice too. I did not have to wait too long before the doctor saw me. He listened to me, sent me for x-ray and gave me appropriate treatment. I am so glad I went.
I went to this care center to have my annual wellness exam done. This was a return visit as I had gone there before. The three things I most appreciate are: 1. The doctor displayed a genuine sense of urgency and concern about my health - was down to earth and was thorough in his questioning. 2. The staff was very professional, proficient, and courteous. 3. The office is immaculate, and the air is fresh and clean - no smoke odors. I rate this health care facility A+ with honors.
My first visit was awesome. I did not have a long wait and all personnel were wonderful. They seemed very knowledgeable and diagnosed my problems very quickly. They were very friendly and helpful and polite. I wanted to add that the facility was very clean and the equipment seemed to be in good condition. Thank y’all for your kindness and quick help.
I was super nervous about going bc I actually work for a PCP and I know of the horrific stories! Everything was clean. They were very professional. Doc Vic was straight to the point and very professional. I look forward to my follow up visit!
