Care was top tier, I was there literally less than an hour tops. The front desk young lady was very helpful, seeing as this was my first time there. From start the young lady triaging me was very kind and respectful. She was very well articulated and got me worked up really fast. As I stated before they are thorough and fast. This is an excellent, professionally urgent care and the staff is so caring and sweet.I took my 84 year old Daddy there and the Dr.was very concerned and he completed a through assessment. All of the staff from receptionist and everything deserve an A+...I will be back for any urgent care needs..The Physician and all the staff really listen to the patient's concerns too...Thank you so much for everything today.
recently visited your facility for the first time yesterday. We had a severe snowstorm here in the Memphis, Tennessee area, and I had been essentially shut in for several days while dealing with excruciating pain from what appeared to be a pulled muscle and/or a pinched nerve. I called your facility once you opened, and the young woman I spoke with on the phone was very kind and helpful. In at 8am out at 9am for duel ear cleaning and beginning of ear infection. People were all great and the cleanings were quick. The doc tried to give me a shot I didn't need so that's pretty crazy. I get they make money pushing drugs but something like an allergy shot for mild ear infection and 2 wax impacted ears dont warrant a random shot for allergies. Just pay attention to what the doc says, ask questions and you should be just fine.
