Everyone was very nice and professional as far as the office visit!! But I filled out all my intake information on a tablet and a card!! But as I went to pick up my medication from my neighborhood Walmart it wasn't there!! 1 checked my text messages I had received from the people's first primary care on my portal, and learned my medication was sent to the Kroger pharmacy!! 🙄🤔🤔So did the NP actually checked my notes? By it's being my first time going to this clinic? I'm just curious ‼️🤔🤔
This was our first time visiting Dr. Vivek’s office for our annual check up, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. I am extremely sensitive and scared of needles, and usually have zero tolerance when it comes to blood draws, but the nurse/phlebotomist here was truly amazing. Everybody here was very kind, and I felt like my concerns were heard. The patience you all have is outstanding. Even when I mentioned my intense health anxiety, I didn't feel judged. The nurse practitioner was very understanding and thorough. I sincerely thank you. That kindness meant a lot. Please know that you are appreciated.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. The team is fast, friendly, and incredibly informative. What stood out most was how well everyone listens; they truly ensure their feedback addresses your specific questions and concerns. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
