I have not felt well for over a week. I had been to a different place 6 days ago and was told that I was negative for everything they tested me for and to stay hydrated and to feel better soon. I had the complete opposite experience here. I felt heard, they listened, everyone was super friendly and kind. And they treated me. I am seriously thinking about changing them to my primary care. Thank you for treating me as a person and not a number!

I didnt have to wait long at all. And the provider actually sit down and talked to me. She didnt rush me at all. The Baptist Urgent Care on Goodman. Me and my daughter were seen at the same time because we both had the same crud that had been going around at her school, and that woman didnt take our blood pressure, didnt listen to our lungs or look in our ears. I have nothing but good things to say about my visit. I was seen within a reasonable amount of time, they were thorough, and even called later that day to give me test results and check on me. Very happy and will definitely use them again.
recently visited your facility for the first time yesterday. We had a severe snowstorm here in the Memphis, Tennessee area, and I had been essentially shut in for several days while dealing with excruciating pain from what appeared to be a pulled muscle and/or a pinched nerve. I called your facility once you opened, and the young woman I spoke with on the phone was very kind and helpful.
