Went to get some tires looked at for my girlfriend's car and Zach helped us. He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly helping us get what we need in a timely manner. We got the tires mounted, balanced and installed that same day and everything went smooth. Zach, thank you again for your kindness and patience, I highly recommend this facility.

Best experience I’ve had ordering parts. Darrin Krantzman along with the other staff is always professional, friendly and goes above and beyond to find what I need.
Gave me the wrong part 2x and I live over 30 min away and I even brought in the right old part with me to make sure and still got the wrong one. Asked for a shipping label to return so I didn’t have to drive back there for the 3x and was given no help other than you have to come back to get a refund. Will not go back to this ford for parts
Poor customer service...after ordering parts they tell me they will call me when they're ready and it should only take about 2 days.... After waiting a week I call them and there's no order in the system.
