The service department at this dealership, Peoria Ford, is superior to four other dealerships that I have been to. They had my car barely a week, fixed its issues and fixed my computer/camera system that has been a problem since February of this year. My car feels like a brand new car again, thanks to them. I got my car back yesterday, and did not expect to have it back for at least a few weeks. Thank you so much!!!

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent service experience. The pricing is noticeably higher than other options, and working with this particular service writer was frustrating. They were consistently unresponsive, and "I" had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. My vehicle was in their shop for over a week and it took 6 days to get an inspection report. Absolutely terrible customer service: my truck sat for weeks and weeks, they finally gave me a loaner vehicle but never fought for me to get my extended warranty company to cover my needed engine repair. I purchased the extended warranty at Peoria Ford for $3,400. I'm now facing an $18K engine rebuild which I cannot afford and meanwhile I'm still making payments on my truck. Work was done by estimated time, and seemed to be done well. They were friendly and allowed me to plug in while work was being performed. Only issue was a 1230 appointment, arriving at 1145 and not beginning work until after 1330 while my family waited. Seeing a class A that wasn’t there when I arrived being serviced ahead of us didn’t put me in a happy place.

Absolutely. The worst service I've ever had. They had my vehicle 7 days for a leak that they said they could not find. Went home sprayed water on it where I said it was leaking. the leak showed up within 30 seconds. The service advisor kept coming up with excuses. Why it was leaking Said my window was down on the side, which it was not. Would not recommend getting my vehicle service at this location.
