From that point the process was very rushed. We offered to come back the next day so that we could make decisions that aren’t rushed but when they asked the finance manager he said “get it done”. We left there without the vehicle (repairs) and felt confused about the things we had just signed for.
I was very much pleased with Jeff for taking the time to I was very much pleased with Jeff for taking the time to call me and ask me to come in to discuss items that I was unaware of. He went above the expectations I had for a dealership and really helped me understand what I was paying for as well as getting it done quickly. Jeff has also called multiple times to check in to make sure everything is working well with my Bronco and I’m very happy he contacted me to clear things up.
