I am a snowbird. I go back-and-forth Washington to Arizona where my family lives. What a nice dealership I was greeted by Chase a very tall, sweet, knowledgeable, young man. I hate going to dealerships,but I needed to get into a new vehicle. My girlfriend and I decided to just look what Nissan had to offer and go from there. As soon as we pulled into the lot, this guy, later he introduced himself as, Kris Hubbard, was waiving his arms and pointing us to a parking spot. 99% of the time I would have said "oh boy the annoying sales pitch begins." *Review for selling a vehicle* I worked with Robert Plumley to sell a 2013 vehicle. I put in a Kelley Blue Book quote and Peoria Nissan popped up. I brought the vehicle in for inspection, and he subsequently gave a very fair price. Ended up being 10-30% higher than offers from dealers in Tempe, Scottsdale, or Gilbert (and I went to MANY). Nick and Carlos were great and super helpful. Nick was incredibly patient with me as a first time buyer which I couldn't appreciate more. He was an awesome guy and gave me a lot of time and room to breathe. No one was pushy and guided me through everything. Same goes for Carlos. Very honest. Very blunt and to the point. I appreciate that. Helped me and answered any question I had. These guys were fantastic. Got a great deal and I'm happy with my car.
Saul from Peoria Nissan is a great guy. I enjoyed talking with him and learning about the different kinds of selections available at Peoria Nissan. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend that if you are looking for a great salesman and great service then Saul Estrada is the way to go. I see that there isn't a lot of great reviews but I have never met a salesman like Saul, I highly recommend him.
I purchased my car from Sebastian almost 2 years ago, he was extremely helpful through the entire process and listened to all my needs. Anytime I've needed maintenance or just a check up for my car Anthony & Chris in the service department has gotten me in immediately and very informative with whatever is going on.
