I hate going to dealerships,but I needed to get into a new vehicle. My girlfriend and I decided to just look what Nissan had to offer and go from there. As soon as we pulled into the lot, this guy, later he introduced himself as, Kris Hubbard, was waiving his arms and pointing us to a parking spot. 99% of the time I would have said "oh boy the annoying sales pitch begins." *Review for selling a vehicle* I worked with Robert Plumley to sell a 2013 vehicle. I put in a Kelley Blue Book quote and Peoria Nissan popped up. I brought the vehicle in for inspection, and he subsequently gave a very fair price. Ended up being 10-30% higher than offers from dealers in Tempe, Scottsdale, or Gilbert (and I went to MANY). Nick and Carlos were great and super helpful. Nick was incredibly patient with me as a first time buyer which I couldn't appreciate more. He was an awesome guy and gave me a lot of time and room to breathe. No one was pushy and guided me through everything. Same goes for Carlos. Very honest. Very blunt and to the point. I appreciate that. Helped me and answered any question I had. These guys were fantastic. Got a great deal and I'm happy with my car.
Saul from Peoria Nissan is a great guy. I enjoyed talking with him and learning about the different kinds of selections available at Peoria Nissan. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend that if you are looking for a great salesman and great service then Saul Estrada is the way to go. I see that there isn't a lot of great reviews but I have never met a salesman like Saul, I highly recommend him.
I purchased my car from Sebastian almost 2 years ago, he was extremely helpful through the entire process and listened to all my needs. Anytime I've needed maintenance or just a check up for my car Anthony & Chris in the service department has gotten me in immediately and very informative with whatever is going on. I just purchases a unsed car from Peoria Nissan, and the experience was very good. It is a dealership, so there is negotiation, and they do try to sell you on warranties and addons, but I expect that.. I mean, this is a car dealership, so expect them to try and sell you things. The deal closed without me feeling like I was being harrassed, and without anything deceptive occurring. They were honest, reasonable and got the paperwork through. I would buy from them again! :)
I absolutely love this dealership! Everyone is extremely friendly and efficient. I have purchased both of my Nissan Kicks' here, and will always come here for service. I always feel well taken care of. I moved father away and still make the drive to come to Peoria Nissan for any of my vehicular needs. I highly recommend this dealership!
Really impressed with the service here!!! Honestly thank you SO MUCH for getting my '21 Versa back in shape... Thank you Chris for being such a big help as well.
