They were great! Mauricio kept track of what was going on and was always ready to answer questions or run out for a video of the car. Ultimately I chose to not buy the car, but they could not have been nicer, or harder working.
Honestly these dudes were cool, they did what they could to help me on purchasing a new vehicle but I couldn’t say yes. I do appreciate those guys doing what they could to help me out. I passed on a great offer with them. The vehicle was very clean upon inspection but I do wish they did show the small imperfections in pictures such as chrome crinkling due to heat and some deep paint scratches etc.
Good response ; took videos of the jeep engine bay and underside. Although I ultimately purchase another jeep, the dealer was great!
Dealer was great to deal with. Didn't go through with the purchase, but they are at the top of the list should I decide to purchase another vehicle.
