Worst experience ever. Had my vehicle for almost 3 weeks with very little communication. I would leave messages and no one would ever return my calls. I brought my vehicle here for a second opinion after another repair facility could not diagnose the issue. I also wanted an oil change done since it was there. I purchased my vehicle brand new at Peoria Nissan in 2018, and since then I had always taken it to this dealership for all services and repairs, trusting in the quality and honesty of their work. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. During an oil change, I requested that they also check the brakes. Brought my car in for the first time, really new to owning a car. Even though I did not purchase my used car from them, they did multi point inspection for me FOC, helped me contact my extended warranty company for claim as well Everything is so seamless and stress-free for me.
