PERALTA VISTA…. More like PERALTA SCAM YA! I was a resident with Peralta vista for 18 months and completely wished I never moved to that place. When my husband and I toured the one bedroom home, we were told there would be a concrete wall blocking the wall in between our room and neighbors room for noise cancellation but that wasn’t the case, we were able to hear the neighbor talk and there was no privacy at all. I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the amenities are always in good condition AND CLEANNNN. The management ladies and maintenance man are very responsive, and genuinely care and are always so nice.
To make it easy and simple. Do not rent❌❌❌🚫🚫🚫! They say 1700 a month will turn to 2100. Mind you I was one of the first few people to get into this BRAND NEW APARTMENT COMPLEX while it was getting completed. Prices have changed. And don’t go for the 8 weeks free. If you try to leave a couple months early that bill will be the Death of you and you will HAVE to stay!!!!! No privacy with noise with connected neighbors. Hear everything. So many strict rules. I’ve had such a great experience living at this apartment complex! The property itself is safe, and has everything I need to feel comfortable at home. Allie and Yasmine go above and beyond every single time. They’re professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I need. they truly became like family. I can’t thank them enough for their hard work and positive energy. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live with a team that genuinely cares about their residents!
I lived here for only 6 months but the community was always very clean, well-maintained, and the staff is always so nice. Maintenance especially is quick and reliable, making my life a lot easier. Anytime there was a problem the office was on top of it the second i called which i really appreciated. The lady's in the front office were always so nice and you can tell they truly care about their jobs.
