This is an amazing property. We love the gas ranges and Bosch appliances. The efficient and quiet HVAC systems. The maintenance team is adept and congenial. The landscaping and grounds are impeccable. The dog park is amazeballz. I’ve lived at Peralta Vista Apartments for about a year now and have had a really positive experience. The property is clean, well maintained, quiet, and the overall move-in process felt smooth and stress-free. I especially wanted to recognize Yasmine and Allie from management. Both are always positive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I’ve had a great experience living at Peralta Vista!!!!. The property is always clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff has been extremely professional, friendly, and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the team really cares about the residents. I appreciate how welcoming and responsive everyone is. Overall, this has been a very comfortable and positive place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
PERALTA VISTA…. More like PERALTA SCAM YA! I was a resident with Peralta vista for 18 months and completely wished I never moved to that place. When my husband and I toured the one bedroom home, we were told there would be a concrete wall blocking the wall in between our room and neighbors room for noise cancellation but that wasn’t the case, we were able to hear the neighbor talk and there was no privacy at all. What started as just coming in for some simple research questions and details about the community for possible living turned into such an amazing experience!!! For real the community is well kept and very nice and the staff was on point with charisma and great energy as well as answered all my questions and helped me find what met my needs and budget:) Yasmine made me feel welcome, heard, and acknowledged! I appreciate the great service and look forward to joining community and obviously recommend enough to write a review.
