I moved from out of state and chose Peralta Vista as my new home. Yasmine and Allie were so incredibly helpful in the entire process from application to move in! The homes and community are beautiful and the yards are a nice size for my dogs.
I have lived at Peralta Vista for less than a year and it's been a wonderful place to live! I moved here from across the country and, from day one, the on-site office staff - Clarissa and Diana - were extremely helpful and kind in remotely guiding me through every step of the application and move-in process. My husband and I moved into Perlalta Vista and we couldn’t be happier! Clarissa (property manager) very professional very pro active definitely a great problem solver. Another bonus is the maintenance team very reliable great communication. Being a woman I felt very at ease with Gage. Great place to live!
We have only lived here about two months, however it has been the best experience! Diana and Clarissa in the leasing office are beyond helpful. You can tell they care about the residents which is hard to come by these days. They are on top of any issue that arises. Common areas are kept up and are beautiful. All the neighbors are so friendly. Highly recommend living here.
I love living here!!! The apartments are so spacious and I love all of the updated appliances. They have options for bigger yards if you have a dog and a dog door. My dog can actually play fetch it’s such a big yard! They have a very nice gym and pool. It’s nice and quiet and peaceful. The managers and the maintenance staff are all so kind. I would recommend living here, 10/10.
