I’ve lived at Peralta Vista Apartments for about a year now and have had a really positive experience. The property is clean, well maintained, quiet, and the overall move-in process felt smooth and stress-free. I especially wanted to recognize Yasmine and Allie from management. The WORST experience I have ever had with a rental. AC went out multiple times, did not have enough portable units so my home was 92 degrees with a 4 year old son inside - we had to relocate. Filters never got changed. They would schedule a “home” check and I missed several days of work due to dogs needing to be “locked up” or else you could suffer possible termination. I’ve had a great experience living at Peralta Vista!!!!. The property is always clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff has been extremely professional, friendly, and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the team really cares about the residents. I appreciate how welcoming and responsive everyone is. Overall, this has been a very comfortable and positive place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I signed a 15 month lease right before this community was bought out by bryten real estate. I had a positive experience for the most part up until I started having ac issues in the summer out of the blue about half way thru my lease. AC went out with no warning and I was displaced from my home for 3 weeks! Ac units are too small for their apartments and instead of replacing and upgrading them, they just have vendors come out and fix them temporarily until the ac goes out again.
