Girlfriend went in to get her eyebrows trimmed, stylist rushed her in and out leaving one eyebrow shorter than the other side. Even I noticed when she left. Sad to see an emphasis on customer turnover over quality care.
Santa did fabulous today on my eyebrows! I got right in as a walk in. She was very professional and as gentle as she could be while getting the job done! She made great recommendations for frequency of visits and threading vs waxing. Will be back!
My friend got the eyebrow threading service from them. The staff behaviour (particularly a woman) is very rude towards the customers. Asking for tips and if not, she is telling, not to come next time.

USED to be a good spot. Nowadays they got new employees every other day. I used to be a regular never going back again. Went in for a clean up and now they got me looking stupid, one of my eyebrows is shorter and thinner than the other one making me look horrible.
