Owner just says they will share reviews with team. How about holding them accountable and yourself, not giving excuses or lying about them closing early would be a great start. The customer service is a reflection of leadership/owner. If owner was there more maybe service would change or improve. Look at other replies they are unprofessional at best. I got my brows done the first photo is the before and then the after. They staff was quick, did it well and polite. They didn't ask what I wanted and a bit pricy.
I love coming here! The results are consistent and they work with you until you are happy. I also have a low pain tolerance and they are patient with me throughout the process
While the quality of work is good, the staff's attitude needs improvement. Their behavior can often be rude, yet they still expect tips on top of their high charges. The pricing is also problematic. They frequently adjust costs based on convenience. For instance, I pay $14 for eyebrow services and was due for a free 10th visit. However, they still charged me, claiming that the $14 discount doesn't apply to the free visit for eyebrows, even though that was the initial offer. Sri did a great job. Good place to go for a brow tint to save yourself the time doing them at home with makeup! Recommend!
