Yeah no, I'm sorry but this place was actually horrible. The lady was rude and kept giving me nasty looks like she just wanted me out of the place. Im not trying to sound bratty or ungrateful but i went there to get my lashes done with my mom and it was not pleasant. My mom's lashes only took 3 minutes, no exaggeration. The lashes were falling off and she said something but the lady did nothing to fix it. My lashes took about 5 to 7 minutes, the lashes were on my eyelid, not my lash. I went in today for my eyebrows and Meena did an excellent job! She was really nice and detailed oriented. I wish I could always have her do my eyebrows.
Awesome experience each time I go there. Preety was super quick and shaped the eyebrows exactly how I wanted them. Would definitely recommend. Great value being offered there
I just wanted to say that customer service was not good. As soon as I walked in I felt negativity and I wasn’t greeted right away with any friendliness. The service was rushed. I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of work. I had to tell the person to cleanse their hands after touching another person’s face. When I brought it to her attention that my eyebrows were even and over plucked as well as patchy, she attempted to gaslight me. This has been my favorite brow bar for years. The staff are always friendly and efficient. I just tried their henna brow tinting, and I am in love. I’m just 15 minutes I had the brows of my dreams. Bonus they last for 6 weeks! Definitely worth the price.
