This has been my favorite brow bar for years. The staff are always friendly and efficient. I just tried their henna brow tinting, and I am in love. I’m just 15 minutes I had the brows of my dreams. Bonus they last for 6 weeks! Definitely worth the price.
I usually tint my brows but the esthetician recommended I try the new henna technique today and I'm so happy with how it turned out! I highly recommend trying it if you usually get your brows tinted (and threaded). It looks slightly cleaner than tinted and is supposed to last six weeks.
I got my eyebrows threaded today and was not happy with my service. I asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up, and when the service was over one eyebrow was significantly thinner than the other. My eyebrows don't look the same at all. I now have to pencil in my eyebrow for them to look similar. I have come here before, and the customer service I received the first time was definitely more welcoming that time than this one. I didn't feel a positive and welcoming ambiance at all. Pretty did an AMAZING JOB, the first time as well. I didn’t have to guide her. I just told her what I wanted and she did it! Will definite be going here again and going to her! She did a great job with my full face!
