My Regional and District Managers are great people. They worked so hard to get me ready for success, and were available when I had any questions or concerns. However, it stops there. I was not informed of paying for my own hotel (which my last company paid for me), driving 100+ miles per day with no compensation (my last company also paid for this), and of the two mandatory meetings each day. I have two policy’s with PMA USA, I’ve seen from experience what these policies do for people and what it’s done for members of my family!
I was lied to from day 1. Recruiters. Managers. Internal personnel at the IMO. They all lie. They terminate you if you don’t agree to travel on average 4 hours a day on your own expense in your own vehicle. You get advanced 8 months commission. If you are terminated, they keep all renewals and months 9-12 on commissions. They make sure you’re in debt from day one and they get all the control in the contract.
