Yes the staff are nice but i have yet to get any contact back from the agency. I did my drug tests months ago and even emailed and called about an update. I got told to call back and they would put me back on the list as available even though it hasn't been that long since i've been. Also my email got ignored.
I had the pleasure of working with Catherine at Performance Staffing Solutions to fill out a temp job application. Even though I arrived almost 5pm. She was super knowledgeable and friendly, explaining everything about the agency and what to expect for my interview. She even made it happen the next day, despite the big changes at the office! As a client for Performance, they are a great staffing company. Quick response to new requests. Friendly office staff, and excellent candidates. Always striving to do their best and beyond. The Gastonia team always bends over backwards for our needs. They show that they care about their clients and their assigned associates. The team is always checking in to see how their associates are doing and always willing to go the extra mile for them which is rare in this day and age.
Now I have not been to a temp service in quite sometime but this is by far the friendliest one I have even been to. Their office have a great space and Johanna and Diane are more than professional. They genuinely seem interested in finding a job for your skills instead of just plugging workers in somewhere.
