Yes the staff are nice but i have yet to get any contact back from the agency. I did my drug tests months ago and even emailed and called about an update. I got told to call back and they would put me back on the list as available even though it hasn't been that long since i've been. Also my email got ignored.

I recently did a walk-in visit at PSS on W Franklin Blvd in Gastonia. I must say, my experience was much better than previous experiences I've had in the past with other agencies. The staff there , particularly Kayla at the front desk, were very professional and extremely courteous and friendly. I would recommend this location to any looking for work.

What a great experience I've had at performance staffing everyone including kayla , catherine and jake from state farm was so kind also was will to go the extra mile in explaining step by step on how anyone can come through staffing agency and come out satisfied with a job I'm pleased with them a if I had to rate them in numbers it would be 100% performance staffing take a bow..

I had the pleasure of working with Catherine at Performance Staffing Solutions to fill out a temp job application. Even though I arrived almost 5pm. She was super knowledgeable and friendly, explaining everything about the agency and what to expect for my interview. She even made it happen the next day, despite the big changes at the office!
