I was help by Melissa and let me tell u..She Made my first experience there so helpful and made me feel better about my decision with coming to performance staffing. I had the opportunity to visit the North Charlotte office today to meet with Alba Z. She was very professional and welcoming. It felt like more than an interview. She took the time to discuss my career experience and really tap in to my skill sets. I left with a feeling of confidence that I haven't felt in a very long time. I was hesitant about trying a staffing agency, but she made the experience very easy and transparent.
