Customer service does not exist. Sat on hold for over an hour and just hung up. Can not get through to anyone and do not have a customer support email. Not great when dealing with a urgent issue.
I can’t speak for live loads/unloads, but as far as dropping loaded trailers I’m always in and out. Only problem is the lot is small so sometimes nowhere to drop trailer, not something they can really control tho.
I picked up a load there today, and as a truck driver, this is by far, the most professional experience I've ever had dealing with a customer. From the time I got there, til the time I left. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future.
This is absolutely a great place to pick up and deliver. My husband was greeted with hospitality from the guard attendent Senai. He definitely EXCEEDED PROFESSIONALISM because most places we go to the guards act like they don't want to be there and are rude. It was a Snow Storm and even though the office was closed he let us get loaded untill the office open up.
Everyone did their job. Knowledgeable, and Professional. I was there for the first time to Pick up a preloaded trailer. The gate security, the yard drivers and the shipping clerk were very helpful.
