The men who work for Persi are amazing. When the job is started it is not completed until the customer is satisfied. The men doing the work are some of the hardest working people I’ve ever met. Even on the hottest of days, while lifting heavy stones to make an outdoor patio they had smiles on their faces, were polite and solicitous of our desires, and never wavered in the pace of their work. Mike at Persi Contracting did a job in my co-op apartment. Other contractors turned me down because the job was too small. But not Mike. They re-vented my clothes dryer. His 2 workers were professional, polite, and worked quickly and neatly. They put down tarps to protect the floor. They began work as soon as they arrived. They cleaned up beautifully when done. Mike from Persi Contracting Corp. renovated my co-op apartment. My kitchen and bathroom were gut renovations and there was additional work throughout the apartment including flooring, Mike and his team were professional, courteous, reliable and knowledgeable making the process; including board approval, seamless. Pricing was fair and transparent with no 'surprises'. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.
What’s a good number to call??? Great work and very professional hardworking workers. Would always recommend them. The reason I am giving three stars is because it’s very difficult to get a call back or nobody answers the phone ever.
