Just signed up for a membership here and love how relaxing it is love the red light therapy and customer service today. I even tried the additive salt treatment and loved it! Customer service is great and scheduling is very easy. I also love that it's right next-door to my Pilates studio!
I had a little trouble signing up, but I called and was able to get an appointment set. I enjoy this more than other contrast therapy because it's more IR and red light focused and at a slightly lower cost because they don't have the cold plunge. The snow shower is super cold. Super clean and nice rooms.

First time trying a sauna studio outside of my regular gym sauna, and I loved it! The space is super clean and inviting. I did a 40-minute red light therapy session while watching Netflix, then tried the 45°F Sno shower(45secs). Left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I can't wait for my next session!!
Website sign up and appt book do not work. Need to fix or really bad for business. Tried repeatedly to sign up and could not.
