Everyone at this facility is kind, helpful and very considerate of my situation! They relieved any apprehension I had from a previous experience at another scan site so that I was able to relax throughout the entire process. I felt respected and well cared for the entire time there. The rooms were comfortable and spacious to access my wheelchair/walker during my scan last March. Everyone from the front desk to the procedure room was very friendly and professional. They made me comfortable and answered any questions I had. It was an overall good experience.
I've had two PET scans at this facility and I think the whole process is great. Everyone there is kind and caring. They explain exactly what you need to do and why. I love that they have you relax in a beautiful private room prior to the actual scan. The facility is clean and inviting.
Unfortunately I needed a PET scan done yesterday and needed the services of the PET Imaging Of Northern Colorado. The experience could not have been easier. The staff was friendly, kind and professional. My comfort was high on their list! I was assuming that I would not hear back from my doctor until the middle of next week due to the Memorial Day holiday coupled with the need to have the scan read and communicated to my doctor.
