The staff were friendly and explained the process well. Since I was unfamiliar with how to find their business, they graciously provided excellent driving instructions and a map. I was shocked to discover that I didn’t get lost! They even gave water & snack after I was done. So thoughtful!
The team at PET imaging are phenomenal! From the front desk to the techs, I always feel special and well-takem care of. It's a nice alternative to getting imaging done at the hospital. Atmosphere is calm and soothing, and they even give you a gift bag when you leave! I cannot speak highly enough about this business!
My experience with a Pet Scan was very good! Everything went according to plan and on time. They give you a nice private room while you wait with tv. The scan itself was very easy and only took 10-15 min. They treat their patients with care and I would highly recommend them.
This was a very efficient and calming experience. I must say. Staff was very kind and very conscientious about letting me know what was going to happen. Step-by-step. Any anxieties I had walking through the door quickly dissipated as they welcomed me, and gently guided me through the whole process. The imaging itself was far less intimidating than I had imagined it would be.
Everyone at this facility is kind, helpful and very considerate of my situation! They relieved any apprehension I had from a previous experience at another scan site so that I was able to relax throughout the entire process. I felt respected and well cared for the entire time there. The rooms were comfortable and spacious to access my wheelchair/walker during my scan last March.
