Everyone I encountered was extremely professional and very polite. This office is operated very professionally. The customer service was outstanding from everyone I encountered. The experience during my visit was absolutely outstanding. I was impressed with everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with during my visit. 5 star experience and a very pleasant interaction from entire staff that I encountered. Will happily recommend to anyone I know who needs these services.
Office personnel worked diligent to make sure all paper work was in their office in order for me to get my exam. Very passionate people. The gentleman who did my exam was so accommodating to my needs during the procedure. Relaxed atmosphere and saw to my needs inorder to get the procedure done. If you need a pet scan this is the place to have it done.
From the very first phone call to the day of procedure, every step was nothing but amazing. Chelsea,Latonya and Emanuel definitely run a very efficient office. They are caring, cheerful,knowledgeable and professional. They work for you and get things done. Latonya worked ”magic “ with our insurance. She knew what they needed and provided everything they asked for in the first round, which saved time getting approval. I definitely recommend this clinic for your Petscan needs. If I could give them a 10 star I would.
I have been going here for over 4 years. I normally have a very good experience here, but this time it wasn't pleasant at all. The new girl in the front office is so rude and not caring at all. I was treated like I was bothering her. She is very belittling. She was getting on to me like I was her child. I have asked my Dr to send me to a different place. I just don't need this stress right now while battling cancer
I have had several scans here. I want to say for 2 years or more maybe. When Morgan was the scheduler it was an amazing experience. She would call to make my appointment and it was like talking to a friend, someone who cared. The girl now was not very nice and then became rude because I asked about Morgan. I almost canceled my appointment. Upon arrival for my appointment she was mad that only had a digital copy of my insurance card.
