Everyone I encountered was extremely professional and very polite. This office is operated very professionally. The customer service was outstanding from everyone I encountered. The experience during my visit was absolutely outstanding. I was impressed with everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with during my visit. 5 star experience and a very pleasant interaction from entire staff that I encountered. Will happily recommend to anyone I know who needs these services.
I have had several scans here. I want to say for 2 years or more maybe. When Morgan was the scheduler it was an amazing experience. She would call to make my appointment and it was like talking to a friend, someone who cared. The girl now was not very nice and then became rude because I asked about Morgan. The facility was conveniently located and the staff was very professional and pleasant. The whole environment was relaxing and very efficient. It does get a little chilly in the testing room but they do offer you warm blankets and tell you to dress warm do not wear metal of any kind anywhere. Emmanuel the nuclear medical tech was extremely professional and comforting at the same time.
This is the greatest place to go when you need these types of images to do. The whole staff is awesome and they make you feel so comfortable. LaTonya that is at the front desk is so Awesome. We loved talking with her and she is so informative. The tech that took my blood got my vein on the first try when everyone else pokes me 6-7 times. Manuel that did the scan was awesome as well. I would rate this office a 10+. The best place to go. Thank you to the whole staff for a wonderful experience.
Little to no wait time. All staff were very attentive to our needs. A special thank you to Latonya. She was very professional in her assistance with my scheduling and assistance with paperwork. In addition to the professional side of her work she made me feel very welcome and brought laughter to my wife and I. It was much needed in this trying time. Thank you.
