The staff is very friendly. Your scan time is precise. Be prepared to stay around an hour and half. While waiting they give you a warm blanket, recliner, and tv which helps pass the time for the medicine to work. The gentleman who injected me was really good and very informative. My disk was ready in 5 minutes or less and they give you a little thank you gift which is very nice after fasting. Highly recommend going to this place over the hospital and a whole lot cheaper!
Everyone I encountered was extremely professional and very polite. This office is operated very professionally. The customer service was outstanding from everyone I encountered. The experience during my visit was absolutely outstanding. I was impressed with everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with during my visit. 5 star experience and a very pleasant interaction from entire staff that I encountered. Will happily recommend to anyone I know who needs these services.
The staff was very welcoming and helped me through the process. Emanuel especially made me feel comfortable and he knew what to do and his comments put me at ease and happy to be there. Everyone was very kind and helpful and kind.
Office personnel worked diligent to make sure all paper work was in their office in order for me to get my exam. Very passionate people. The gentleman who did my exam was so accommodating to my needs during the procedure. Relaxed atmosphere and saw to my needs inorder to get the procedure done. If you need a pet scan this is the place to have it done.
From the very first phone call to the day of procedure, every step was nothing but amazing. Chelsea,Latonya and Emanuel definitely run a very efficient office. They are caring, cheerful,knowledgeable and professional. They work for you and get things done. Latonya worked ”magic “ with our insurance. She knew what they needed and provided everything they asked for in the first round, which saved time getting approval. I definitely recommend this clinic for your Petscan needs. If I could give them a 10 star I would.
