The staff were friendly, knowledgeable & professional. The entire process takes approx 1 to 1 1/2 hrs so plan accordingly. Also, since eating for at least 6hrs before the appt is a no-no, it is a good idea to bring something to eat once appt is completed.
The staff are great. My husband is a Vet, so they accept what Veterans pays them, which says a lot for them. His oncologist loves them as their scan is top notch. However, the person who reads the scan has made errors in his reports two different times. This is his third scan, hopefully he slows down a bit and doesn’t make an error. I always have them mail me a copy of the report.
From beginning to end, the staff was professional and courteous. George got my IV on the first try. They thoroughly explained the procedure. No surprises. Everything was clean and relaxed. The atmosphere was homey. They provided snacks to go. Recommend.
This whole team is fantastic. The girls at the front desk were very kind and the office and patient rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. My visit here was very pleasant.
Everyone there were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They made sure I understood all of the procedure and that I was comfortable before and during the process.
