Front desk people were very kind and informative. Waiting area was clean and quiet. The PET Scan was explained in great detail and the procedure went as expected. Everyone kindly answered my questions.
Everyone was great from the call from George the day before. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. The lady that took me back was great. They start the process then take you to a room with recliner, tv, tv remote and a channel guide. Wait 45 min then off to the scan. I have neck mobility problems they helped with that by adding a folded towel under my head. I could go on and on, the only way it could have been better, I guess if it was next door. Very professional staff, great accomodations. They said it would take about 90 minutes. My appointment was for 9:30 and I was finished at 11:00. Highly recommended.
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable & professional. The entire process takes approx 1 to 1 1/2 hrs so plan accordingly. Also, since eating for at least 6hrs before the appt is a no-no, it is a good idea to bring something to eat once appt is completed.
The Five star reviews are correct. Can not think of one part of the appointment that was sub par. High quality medical imaging with a super staff. I appreciate the kindness.
