The staff were friendly, knowledgeable & professional. The entire process takes approx 1 to 1 1/2 hrs so plan accordingly. Also, since eating for at least 6hrs before the appt is a no-no, it is a good idea to bring something to eat once appt is completed.
This whole team is fantastic. The girls at the front desk were very kind and the office and patient rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. My visit here was very pleasant.
Check in was quick and, easy and although I was a little early, I had a short wait. Natalee was nice, explained the process, answered my questions, and offered a blanket when she noticed I was cold. Nice service and quickly in and out.
The entire appointment was relaxing and very professional. George explained every procedure completely and he started the IV painlessly. I appreciated the offer for the coffee and the crackers afterwards. Thank you!
The staff are great. My husband is a Vet, so they accept what Veterans pays them, which says a lot for them. His oncologist loves them as their scan is top notch. However, the person who reads the scan has made errors in his reports two different times. This is his third scan, hopefully he slows down a bit and doesn’t make an error. I always have them mail me a copy of the report.
