We boarded our chihuahua, Addie, in the VIP suite during our wedding weekend and it couldn’t have gone better! Having access to the live feed cameras eased my nerves and I appreciated being able to take a peek in on Addie’s day! Honestly, I had her outside playtime livestream pulled up almost the entire time I was getting ready for my wedding and somehow it eased those nerves too! Lol. I’ve taken my dog to daycare and boarded him at Pet Paradise multiple times for over 2 years. The people here genuinely care about your pets!
I have never been so relieved to have found such a professional, clean, and fun-spirited boarder til finding Pet Paradise! They were so accommodating and took such great care of my Butternut. When I have to board Butter, he comes matted, stinky, and acts on edge for a few days, but since boarding him twice now at Pet Paradise, he never wants to leave when I come to get him! In an emergency travel which was related to safety for all involved, reservations were secured. The staff was compassionate, understanding and when contacted by someone by phone if one of the dogs was boarded they said no as instructed. One of the managers even researched emergency dog shelters and had them printed and ready before arrival. All staff went above and beyond. Thank you
