This was my first time ever boarding my dog, and I was so nervous about how she’d do—especially around other dogs. Thankfully, the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was safe, comfortable, and a good fit for group play. She’s come home absolutely exhausted from all the fun she had! Every team member I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and truly caring. I’ll definitely be returning for both day camp and future boarding stays!
I absolutely love taking my dog here! The people work hard and are super friendly and kind to my dog. The manager Shanti is fantastic and is always around if you need anything! Pet paradise in Kyle is truly the best day care/boarding facility in the Austin area, and there's not a close second. I've been in the Austin area (north, central, south) for ten years and this company raises the bar for pet boarding and care. We left our two dogs here, Max and Toby for a week while we were on vacation, and I was, as any pet parent is, a little nervous. However, the staff was incredible from drop-off to pick-up. This was our first time needing to board our 2 big babies - Airedale Terriers. They have so much energy and my main concern was that they would be sitting in a kennel bored and not happy.
