They love their furry guests! I love the cameras-love watching my Grand-doggers at school from 9 hours away!
The employees here really care about the pets they are taking care of and they seem to enjoy working there. The company seems to really take care of their hardworking well trained employees. I love the fun resort vibe.
Great place, great experience, LOVE having a tired dog after a long day at work but I just can't get over the price. They had a special running that was $99 for a month and after that it jumped to the daily rate or a 10 day pass which was $250 paid in full upfront. Looked into the boarding and I can't believe they don't allow any outside items like my dog's favorite blanket that he sleeps with or the kennel which is his safe space at night and would easily fit in their suite space. Our dog enjoys doggy day care here! Loves to play with the other dogs. Staff is great!
My puppy was taken care of wonderfully, he was fed and seemed to have a good time, however, it was very hot in the back area and he seemed lethargic when I got him home. After cooling down he was back to his normal self. I don't know if the a/c is not working or just set wrong but I am afraid of him getting sick from the heat.
