I am a particular pet parent and I am highly critical when it comes to my fur baby. I can tell you Pet Paradise is the only place I would leave my sweet baby. I love watching the residents of the dog day care playing in the pool when I bring my dog in for his grooming. Pet paradise is always so clean and tidy. There is NO pet smells of any kind. We boarded our pet at Pet Paradise Stone Oak for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They truly made us feel comfortable leaving our pet in their care. We loved receiving the daily report cards and photos, they kept us updated on how our pet was doing and it really showed how much attention and care they provide. Love this place. We've been bouncing from doggie daycare to doggie daycare and finally fell in love with this place. The cameras allow us to watch our pups. Our doberman loves the big dog pool. Our pug enjoys the indoor tiny town and the splash pad with little plunge pool.. Staff is friendly and always picking up after pets. This was my first time boarding any of my pups. The last time they were in a “cage” was their time spent at the rescue. I was able to keep them together in an indoor/outdoor suite and apparently they did very well. I wish they could tell me about it. The staff was helpful and patient with my many calls. My babies came home clean, happy and healthy! Thank you. 😊
Absolutely LOVED this place. My big Cry baby 4yr old pitbull came here for the first time today. He has never been without me, and I tried it out because I need to board him next weekend, but also I want him to socialize and not be so scared!!!
