We boarded our pet at Pet Paradise Stone Oak for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They truly made us feel comfortable leaving our pet in their care. We loved receiving the daily report cards and photos, they kept us updated on how our pet was doing and it really showed how much attention and care they provide. Love this place. We've been bouncing from doggie daycare to doggie daycare and finally fell in love with this place. The cameras allow us to watch our pups. Our doberman loves the big dog pool. Our pug enjoys the indoor tiny town and the splash pad with little plunge pool.. Staff is friendly and always picking up after pets. Both of my fur babies absolutely love going to Pet Paradise in Stone Oak for grooming! The staff is always so attentive, and the facility is immaculately clean. Booking an appointment through the website couldn’t be easier. Chrissy is hands-down the best groomer—she always goes the extra mile to make sure my little ones are comfortable and looking their best. I can’t recommend them enough!
Just wanted to share our experience with Pet Paradise, First time leaving our baby girl for an extended period of time and was worried she would be stressed out with us being gone for so long but she was wasn't at all , we picked her up and she like hey where you guys been! My dog was under their care for about a week during the holidays. Had a good experience with them from check-in to check-out. They truly take care of your pet like family here. I was able to get a quick update via phone call, but otherwise updates are an additional charge. Very friendly staff, would definitely board my fur son here again.
