Eloise was absolutely amazing, and the entire staff was wonderful. I needed care for my dogs on very short notice, and since my dogs are not very social, I was very nervous. The team was patient, understanding, and made everything work so smoothly for them. They truly went above and beyond to make my dogs feel comfortable and cared for. I couldn’t be happier with the care that was given to our little ol’ Yorkie lady. She’s a super shy 13yo who isn’t used to being around other dogs, but every time I peeked into the cameras during playtime, she seemed to be hanging out just fine! I witnessed the staff give her lots of love, and they went the extra mile in trying to get my shy girl to eat. The groomer did a great job with her as well, and was very communicative. I know a lot of people don't board their cats, but I have boarded mine since he was a kitten. Pet Paradise is in a class of their own! My Koko is always so calm after staying here and seems to have been so well cared for. He does not lose a lot of weight during my absence, which tells me they follow the feeding instructions I give them. He loves that they let him explore on his own and mingle with any other boarded cats.

Most places I called didn't answer or put me on a long hold. From the moment I called they answered immediately and gave me all the information and helped me make an account and a reservation. My dog has some leash aggression and they were very careful to do slowly integrate her with the group play. I've never seen my dog so relaxed playing with so many dogs. Via comments during pickup, I could tell that the staff had spent lots of time with my pets instead of just safely warehousing them. Beatriz and Mathilde were happy and clean; plus, Pet Paradise already knew many of their quirks despite a short two-day stay. It’s such a relief to have found a great second home for my fur babies!
