I couldn’t be happier with the care that was given to our little ol’ Yorkie lady. She’s a super shy 13yo who isn’t used to being around other dogs, but every time I peeked into the cameras during playtime, she seemed to be hanging out just fine! I witnessed the staff give her lots of love, and they went the extra mile in trying to get my shy girl to eat. The groomer did a great job with her as well, and was very communicative. Eloise was absolutely amazing, and the entire staff was wonderful. I needed care for my dogs on very short notice, and since my dogs are not very social, I was very nervous. The team was patient, understanding, and made everything work so smoothly for them. They truly went above and beyond to make my dogs feel comfortable and cared for. Via comments during pickup, I could tell that the staff had spent lots of time with my pets instead of just safely warehousing them. Beatriz and Mathilde were happy and clean; plus, Pet Paradise already knew many of their quirks despite a short two-day stay. It’s such a relief to have found a great second home for my fur babies!
Pet Paradise is very affordable and an awesome paradise for your pets. I loved watching them on their camera interacting with otter dogs during their play time. Anytime I go out of town Pet Paradise is the place they will be.
I am a particular pet parent and I am highly critical when it comes to my fur baby. I can tell you Pet Paradise is the only place I would leave my sweet baby. I love watching the residents of the dog day care playing in the pool when I bring my dog in for his grooming. Pet paradise is always so clean and tidy. There is NO pet smells of any kind.
