Misha (our fabulous female GSD) was assigned Tiffany as her trainer. We went for the 30 day training program. She was not listening to us at all. And we knew she needed what we didn't understand how to give. Enter Tiffany. This was 4 weeks (yikes!!!). It was so hard -- we were obsessed with watching Misha on Paradise Pet's cameras. We would visit each week to see Misha's progress. Let me tell you this... if you are frustrated. If you are unsure. Please do this for your pet -- and even more, for yourself. My girl August has been going to Pet Paradise since she was a baby and it is literally like she's going to her second home. Melissa and her staff are incredible, they greet August like she's the most special dog in the world and honestly they make me feel pretty special too. I watch them interact with other guests as well and it's clear they are happy to see everyone. I recommend dropping by and watching the dogs play, they are happy pups!
Love! Love! Love the this place and the team. I trust my baby with them regularly. They send me wonderful updates and photos when I board him. Highly recommended!
The place is immaculate, the staff enthusiastic. I took advantage of the new customer special and will now be a customer forever. Competitiv pricing but with a much better experience!
This was our first time boarding at this location. Before we boarded our large breed dog, we did a tour, brought her to a couple of day camp days, and then boarded her for 6 nights. I love that they have a webcam where I can check on her, see if she was in a play yard or getting one on one play time. I felt this facility was super clean, the staff very friendly, and you could tell they all love animals. I was super pleased, she came home tired but happy. We will definitely use again.
My pet contracted kennel cough in her first visit. I decided to try them again. She has an injury to her right ear that needs a surgical correction and there is no explanation from this facility. For me, this is unacceptable. 2 large vet bills on top of the cost of the boarding!

Incredibly unprofessional phone etiquette. The staff member who answered was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn't want to help. A little courtesy goes a long way, but you won't find it here. Save yourself the headache and call someone else.
