Really an amazing, positive experience. Our dog was diagnosed with a large tumor around his heart on a Friday. On Monday he was already meeting Dr.'s Ehling and Sharp with a plan for treatment beginning the next day. They knew the importance of getting our special guy in as soon as possible and they did so. From top to bottom, every interaction was five star. It's up to his body now to do the hard work, but we know we have PetCures entire team behind him.
I cant find enough words to express my gratitude to this place and every single person working there. Even with the fact Julien didn't make it at the end, I would have never changed anything I've done and doctors who helped. The most sympathetic and compassionate team I've met, especially given the circumstances. Thank you for your support, knowledge, time and effort! I've never received so many postcards with hand written kind words, feels bitter sweet :)
Dr. Ehling and her staff are AMAZING. they are so compassionate, answer all the questions you have, and don't pressure you. my dog is a nervous Nelly when it comes to the vet and they took SUCH good care of him!!
