Had a great experience with this dental office! All the staff are all welcoming - pleasant and the new hygienist, Natasha, was extremely reassuring by explaining ALL procedures BEFORE starting my exam and first cleaning, in 3 yrs because of the hygienist shortage in this area during the past 2-3 yrs! And the new dentist, Dr Irville (sp?) was great - better than the last with his patience and detailed answers to my questions. 10s across the board!!
If you seriously need any kind of work done . This is the place to go. I on nov.13 I had the most amazing root canal done by Dr.V and her assistant Bre. She is amazing and so light handed. I didn’t feel nothing. Bre is so friendly and sweet you can’t help but love her. You will definitely love your experience here. So far I have had two root canals and a crown with no issues. -Jernae
The wait time is very long appointment at 1pm not called back until 2:30pm. Did not leave until 4:15pm. The dentist is thorough and has a good bedside manner explaining everything. I think respecting others times is important and 3hrs 15 minutes for a new patient wait and appt which includes x-rays, and an exam with no cleaning or anything else is ridiculous.
Not the best experience. Waited 2 hours out in the lobby, then the tall assistant treated me with nothing but rudeness and attitude as I CONTINUED to wait back there as well. All I did was ask if she could gauge how MUCH longer I would have to wait and she said she didn't have ANY idea. I said sooo it could be 15 more minutes or a 3 more hrs and you have no way to find out🤔. She said yes. I've been here twice and I've had a wonderful experience each time. The dental hygienists are all nice and delightful Parking can be tight but It's a small inconvenience to find such a wonderful place so close to my house. I highly recommend
