My daughter had her first appointment today. So far so good. Staff was friendly and informative from beginning to end . The office was very clean. Doctor was nice and helpful.
You can forget all the bad memories and horror stories that may come to mind whenever a dentist is mentioned. Believe me when I tell you that this is the BEST dentistry office that I have ever been to in my life! The ladies that check you in are very polite and friendly. The Dentist are all awesome. Great facility!! They customer care from check-in to check-out was wonderful. The dentist assistant assigned to me was engaging and attentive. I definitely reccomend to anyone looking for a primary dental office.
Really wanted to like this place but it doesn’t seem they do any actual dentistry. I’ve made 3 appointments for cleanings and every single time I went I found out half way through that I was only being given yet another “exam” and told I have to schedule again for a cleaning. Full sets of X-rays two appointments in a row but still no cleaning. I tried again to schedule this past Monday and they were “closed for lunch” so I left a message.
