I’ve enjoyed coming to Petra’s since February. Everyone is so personable and genuinely care about your health and experience during your journey. Because of my health issues I’ve been taking a slower approach and have achieved a loss of 3 sizes in clothing and over 30 pounds so far! I look forward to seeing all these ladies I now consider friends, it’s my happy place 3 times a week!
Wasn’t happy with myself, but didn’t want surgery. I saw Petra’s ad and decided to check it out. I met with Petra in January to explore services and options. She was awesome, and all the ladies working were very polite and not just the fake customers service polite. That actually made you feel welcome, and comfortable. And the services they have have amazing prices, I fell like they did amazing informing me about the services they offered while also not pressuring me to get those offers. And they have so many different services anything you could think of
Petra is all about sales. She sold me an expensive package for skin tightening and made many promises that she did not keep. She did not have my appointments/procedures planned out and I was always asked, "What are you having done today?" At my last visit, Petra told me that I needed three more treatments of RF micro needling. "Yes, that's what we need to do." That week, I was told that I was out of sessions. My wife booked us couple massages. The rate was great, reception was friendly, waiting area was clean and comfortable. We don’t wait long which is a plus and both of the massage therapists were professional. Wife had the lady which she said gave a good massage. I had the older gentleman and I didn’t care for it as I need medium to deep tissue (marked) but mine felt as more as a rub down than anything with no pressure.
