Our hot tub was delivered as promised. Our old 20 year old tub was removed by a very professional team of young men and the new tub placed in position. We are waiting on the electrician to hook it up. This is our responsibility and Pettis even referred us to an experienced electrician who knows how to install the new hot tub. Very pleased!
