Vince and Joel came they were on time they were polite. They were very informative. They got me in and out of here in about 30 minutes. Pool is open. It looks great. Mike Bowen and the rest of his team have been wonderful to work with. We have relied on them to install a new LoopLoc pool cover, replace our old pump & filter, and install a new heat pump pool heater. We are extremely happy with all of their work and plan to have them replace our pool liner as well. Mike is always happy to explain things so I as the homeowner understand how everything works. He has been responsive to any issues we have encountered with the new system and continues to be a great resource.
We started our pool search last fall, went to all of the areas pool stores. We asked a ton of questions, reviewed all of our options and ultimately landed at Pettis. It really and truly started with Blaine our sales rep. He was easy to talk to, not pushy and answered ALL of our questions with patients and grace.
