Love everything about my experience with Pettis. Mike L greeted me when I walked into the showroom. He spent a lot of time showing me my options and helped me figure out what would work best for me, my family, and my budget. I had a hot tub delivered today and again the service was exceptional. Kyle B, Kyle W, and Devon were efficient, professional, and friendly. They explained and showed me everything I need to know. Plus, they were clean cut and I felt comfortable having them at my home. Thank you Pettis Pools!!

Kyle B., Kyle W., and Devin came out to deliver our new hot tub. They were very friendly and did a fantastic job! They were also very knowledgeable about the product and helping us prepare to set it up. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Was very pleased with Kyle, Kyle and Gianni on their professionalism and promptness! They were able to get in and out, along with explaining the set up/ maintenence, in a very timely manner. Now time to enjoy!

Kyle and Giani did a fantastic job installing our new Sauna! Highly recommend Pettis Pool and Dan for getting it installed same week as the purchase! Also, want to thank Conner (Sales) at East Rochester Location and the team there! Will continue to support Pettis Pools!

Kyle, Kyle, and Devon did a wonderful job delivering my new hot tub. They were professional, knowledgable and friendly. The install went fast and smooth and they didn't mind my dog or the "present" my cat tried leaving for us.
