Highly Recommend! They just replaced my Above Ground Pool liner and the process was seamless. Everyone I came into contact with, from Krystal & Mike L. to the technicians, were friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Great selection. Mike L knew the product well and answered all of our questions without any persuasive sales pitch. We had reached out to other suppliers and Pettis had the better brand, price and options. Looking forward to many years use of our new Vita Grand hot tub. Kyle B. Jack, Jake and David did a great job delivering as well. Clean, efficient and courteous.
After inheriting a 20 year old hot tub, it was time to upgrade. The guys from Pettis Pools (Kyle, Kyle, Jack and Gianni) made quick work of removing the old and installing the new. Very efficient and professional. Would highly recommend Pettis Pools to anyone in the market for a new hot tub. First class!
Kyle B, Kyle W, Gianni & Jack, very coordinated effort to install tub, take away of old, and get the new situated where we wanted it. Not the easiest of install due to the use of a crane , but using drone and good communication they managed it well. They were good about telling us features of the tub and cover. Good experience.
