Vince and Joel came they were on time they were polite. They were very informative. They got me in and out of here in about 30 minutes. Pool is open. It looks great. Mike Bowen and the rest of his team have been wonderful to work with. We have relied on them to install a new LoopLoc pool cover, replace our old pump & filter, and install a new heat pump pool heater. We are extremely happy with all of their work and plan to have them replace our pool liner as well. Mike is always happy to explain things so I as the homeowner understand how everything works. He has been responsive to any issues we have encountered with the new system and continues to be a great resource.
Joe and Vincent were stellar examples of what we have come to expect from Pettis… Pettis has become like a member of the family….thats why I always serve cookies… keep up the good work! Pool Opening Day…my favorite day of the year…. In part thanks to Pettis ….🌷
I had to replace my previous spa after 18 years. Pettis made the purchase and installation of my new spa enjoyable. They removed all of my anxiety, and I am so excited to experience my new spa. I love it.
