They have been great. Brought my son here since he has been on a downward spiral. They talked with us and helped us and him. We had to 302 him to get the help he needs. But he knows he needs it. They even called us this morning to tell us he was being transferred, what time and place. We called the other location, which is Belmont Behavior Hospital. They have been nothing but rude, not helpful at all. We called to check on him and nothing. I will be leaving a review there as well. But, this place was great.

I was sent here by my school counselor after attempting to asphyxiate myself on a school day in 2023. It was horrible. Mind you, I have been suffering from a lot of depression since around 2022. When I got there with my parents, the front desk lady asked questions and stuff. After we were led into another room, my phone was taken away and put in a bag with the rest of my stuff. I went here about 2 years ago and i can still vividly remember my experience. i didn’t write a review back then because i was completely traumatized. the whole experience was the most awful thing. first of all we were all sleeping/ sitting in these big plastic chairs. no beds just plastic chairs pushed together. there were 2-3 big men watching over us and i overheard their conversations which were very misogynistic. i was going to say something however right when i got there i witnessed a child who had done nothing but chall... read more

My son was brought to this place after a self harm incident. It was pretty early in the morning that he was transported here. The staff did an amazing Job keeping me updated and evaluated him quickly. Will was extremely professional and helpful they made me feel like our situation was important to the staff. The team I delt with were kind and understanding. Situations happen and it was nice to know there was no judgment and didn't make us feel worse about a bad situation.
