Get directionsThey have been great. Brought my son here since he has been on a downward spiral. They talked with us and helped us and him. We had to 302 him to get the help he needs. But he knows he needs it. They even called us this morning to tell us he was being transferred, what time and place. We called the other location, which is Belmont Behavior Hospital. They have been nothing but rude, not helpful at all. We called to check on him and nothing. I will be leaving a review there as well. But, this place was great.
Re-writing my review, since I deleted it: This place is horrible, and I had only been there for 7 hours. I was sent here by my school counselor after attempting to asphyxiate myself on a school day in 2023. It was horrible. Mind you, I have been suffering from a lot of depression since around 2022. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!! I stayed here for one day, and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. I was driven to this facility by two city employees, the day I opened up about my depression struggles, to a teacher. My phone and possessions were taken from me during the admission process, and my parents were not allowed to see the room I'd be kept in. There are no individual rooms. All the kids and teens are forced to stay in a very small, bland beige, WINDOWLESS room. The room couldn't comfortably fit nine peop... read more
My son was brought to this place after a self harm incident. It was pretty early in the morning that he was transported here. The staff did an amazing Job keeping me updated and evaluated him quickly. Will was extremely professional and helpful they made me feel like our situation was important to the staff. The team I delt with were kind and understanding. Situations happen and it was nice to know there was no judgment and didn't make us feel worse about a bad situation.
I read the reviews and I’m just baffled by peoples comments. I went there Friday midday. The lady at the front desk was awesome. She took care of me and assured me everything was going to be OK on answered all questions that I asked it’s a lengthy process, but I would wait as long as I have to to evaluate my child correctly and I went with the expectation knowing that there was going to be other people there doing the same thing was there for about maybe 4 1/2 hours but was able to resolve my daughters crisis, which was the... read more
