I had an appointment with Phoebe about a year ago and the encounter I had with her still makes me still unsettled. My provider is excellent and the staff really works with you on payments and maintaining. (update) it’s been over a year since I have started with this company and they are amazing. Dr. Phoebe is very knowledgeable and nice to speak with regarding issues. I will be with her as long as she will have me!
